FNJ Contracting LLC is hiring a Supervisor for their contracting operations in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing day-to-day work at project sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage team members and assign duties according to project needs.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

• Monitor progress and resolve issues to prevent delays.

• Report daily updates to project managers or senior leadership.

• Oversee materials, equipment, and workforce allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong project and time management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure.

• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is highly desirable.

• Experience with MEP works and AC duct works preferred.

• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
