Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing client calls with professionalism and empathy.

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking system.

Greet clients warmly and assist pet owners with information on treatments and services.

Provide updates on pets’ well-being and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Support veterinarians and nurses with administrative and daily coordination tasks.
Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role (veterinary or medical setting preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must genuinely love and feel comfortable around animals.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and administrative software.
