MAN Energy Solutions is seeking a Superintendent – Engineer to lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in field operations. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols, and managing field service missions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in heavy machinery and leadership skills in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians during field operations.

• Plan, monitor, and track maintenance projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, QA/QC, and safety protocols.

• Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Provide technical support and manage complex field service missions.

• Supervise and repair 2-stroke and 4-stroke diesel engines and components.

• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and MAN ES headquarters.

• Train team members and share best practices for skill development.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering degree or vocational education with 5–7 years of relevant experience in heavy machinery.

• Strong technical and commercial understanding of the business.

• Proven leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and intercultural abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience in developing and implementing field service strategies.
