The Style Advisor plays a vital role in delivering a personalized and exceptional shopping experience that reflects the elegance and heritage of the Givenchy brand. This full-time, on-site position demands passion for fashion, outstanding client engagement skills, and a commitment to luxury retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage local and international customers, creating a luxurious and inviting store atmosphere.

• Provide personalized service by understanding individual customer needs, preferences, and style.

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through storytelling and personalized recommendations based on customer history.

• Present and passionately share Givenchy’s collections, highlighting the brand’s unique design elements and history.

• Assist in creating visually compelling displays and maintain an upscale in-store environment.

• Actively work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding client needs.

• Represent the brand’s image through adherence to luxury dressing and behavioral standards.

• Collaborate closely with the team, including stock personnel, to ensure consistent customer service and product presentation.

• Stay informed on current trends in the luxury fashion industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar luxury or fashion retail role or other customer-centric environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach to customers.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian or Mandarin is a plus.

• Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
