Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using an omni-channel approach.

• Capture and analyze customer data, including buying behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving items.

• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and educate customers about app features and offerings.

• Support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CX (Customer Experience) initiatives in-store.

• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and store SOPs.

• Assist with in-store marketing activations and promotional events.

• Monitor brand campaigns and social media activities to stay aligned with product launches.

• Support sell-through strategies and provide feedback on store performance.

• Ensure click-and-collect services are delivered within agreed SLAs.
