Job Title: Student Activities Coordinator

Job Description:

EF Education First is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Student Activities Coordinator to lead engaging excursions and events for international students in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead groups of international students on tours, day trips, and cultural experiences.

• Create an energetic and inclusive atmosphere during all activities and excursions.

• Ensure student safety by adhering to risk assessments and EF safety protocols.

• Research and develop new, exciting local excursions that promote cultural immersion.

• Work closely with the Activities Team and fellow leaders to improve planning and delivery.

• Support the school team during large events and celebrations.

• Maintain discipline and uphold the EF Student Code of Conduct at all times.

• Provide timely feedback and handovers to support future activity planning.

Requirements:

• Outgoing, sociable, and passionate about helping students feel welcomed and engaged.

• Confident in leading groups and managing diverse student needs.

• Organized and capable of working independently under pressure.

• Skilled in handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

• Experience working with teens and young adults preferred.

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and appreciation of diversity.

• Fluent in English.

• Must have the legal right to work in Dubai at the time of employment.
