Job Description:
Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) is seeking an experienced Structures Technician specializing in composites and rotor blades. In this full-time role, you will perform inspections, repairs, and refurbishments on advanced composite airframe components and rotor blades for helicopters, ensuring all work meets the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards in helicopter maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and refurbish advanced composite airframe components and rotor blades, adhering to stringent quality and safety standards.

• Apply effective damage assessment and repair strategies to ensure high-performance restoration of rotor blades.

• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and completed work in line with industry regulations.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all maintenance processes meet safety, regulatory, and EASA Part145 standards.

• Support helicopter platforms including Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, and Sikorsky in all aspects of composite and rotor blade maintenance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in composite airframe repairs and rotor blade maintenance within a helicopter MRO, military aviation unit, or large OEM environment.

• Proven hands-on experience with rotor blade inspection and repair.

• Approved Trade Course Certificate in Aircraft Structures.

• Strong knowledge of EASA Part145 (or equivalent) standards and safety regulations.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for damage assessment and repair execution.
