We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman to join a leading construction team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing precise structural drawings and ensuring all designs align with engineering specifications, project requirements, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and layouts using CAD software based on engineering inputs
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Revise and update drawings to reflect design changes and project requirements
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation
• Assist in preparing material take-offs and structural detailing
• Support project teams in resolving design-related issues during construction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman in the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Familiarity with UAE/Dubai building codes and standards is an advantage
• Relevant diploma or certification in drafting, civil engineering, or a related field
