Prime Talent Sports Academy is hiring a Part-Time Strength and Conditioning Coach to work specifically with football athletes. This role involves developing and implementing tailored strength and conditioning programs to improve athletic performance in areas such as strength, speed, power, agility, and endurance.
The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of football-specific training techniques, injury prevention, and recovery strategies, and will be able to work effectively with athletes of various levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee football-specific strength and conditioning programs

Conduct fitness assessments and establish performance goals

Ensure correct exercise techniques and safety protocols are followed

Customize training plans based on individual athlete needs, injury status, and progress

Collaborate with football coaching staff to align training with team goals

Educate athletes on recovery, nutrition, and injury prevention

Maintain strength and conditioning equipment

Provide support during both in-season and off-season training
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Certification in Strength and Conditioning (e.g., CSCS, NSCA) is preferred

Prior experience working with football clubs and football athletes

Strong communication, motivation, and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
