LIPTON Teas and Infusions is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage its engineering store operations. The ideal candidate will handle inventory, storage, issuance, and documentation of engineering materials and tools, supporting efficient maintenance and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Define and optimize ROQ (Reorder Quantity) and ROP (Reorder Point)

• Receive, inspect, and issue engineering tools and materials

• Ensure organized, safe, and accessible storage

• Coordinate with maintenance and suppliers for material requirements

• Generate regular inventory reports and support budgeting

• Adhere to safety standards and ensure proper material handling

• Assist in identifying tool/material needs for upcoming projects

Job Details:

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site

• Reporting To: Maintenance Manager

• Preference: UAE-based applicants will be prioritized

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Experience in storekeeping or warehouse management

• Familiarity with inventory software and ERP systems (SAP/Fiori, Ariba preferred)

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Team player with the ability to work independently

Key Skills:

• Inventory control & record keeping

• Supplier coordination & logistics

• Safety & compliance in material handling

• Data entry & reporting accuracy

• Knowledge of Limble or similar CMMS software (advantage)

Working Conditions:

• Based in a manufacturing/industrial environment

• Exposure to plant floor operations, machinery, and tools

• May require extended or on-call hours during critical maintenance periods
