Chalhoub Group, a leading partner for luxury retail in the Middle East for over 70 years, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Supervisor to support store leadership and deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales performance, leading store teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards.
This position plays a vital role in enhancing customer loyalty, motivating sales teams, and ensuring seamless day-to-day store operations across omnichannel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation & Sales Performance

Lead by example by representing the brand’s values, culture, and luxury service standards

Support the achievement of store sales targets through effective sales leadership and high-selling techniques

Build and maintain exceptional guest experiences to drive customer loyalty and repeat business

Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Team Leadership & Store Support

Assist the Store Manager in managing team performance, responsibilities, and daily schedules

Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment

Act as a point of contact for team feedback, challenges, and concerns, escalating when necessary

Ensure staff grooming, conduct, and service standards are consistently maintained
Customer Experience & Clienteling

Promote a customer-centric culture with a strong focus on VIP client relationships

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining brand integrity
-
Leverage clienteling tools and digital platforms to enhance in-store and omnichannel experiences
Operational Excellence

Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment meet brand guidelines

Support inventory management, audits, and accurate stock movement records

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, HR, and retail operating standards

Utilize retail technology tools such as clienteling apps, OMS, and business communication platforms
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within luxury fashion retail

Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and manage a loyal client base

Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness

Ability to motivate teams and manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
