Role Overview:

As a Store Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, managing the team, and maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising in one of our prestigious retail stores in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Lead by example, promoting the brand’s values and philosophy while ensuring team alignment with store goals. -
Sales & Target Achievement:
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets using high-selling techniques and strategies. -
Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional service, resolve customer complaints, and foster long-term relationships with VIP guests. -
Team Management:
Assist in managing the store team, create schedules, and provide guidance and feedback to ensure optimal team performance. -
Operational Excellence:
Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and stock replenishments are in line with the brand’s guidelines. -
Technology Utilization:
Leverage clienteling apps and other tools to enhance customer experience inside and outside the store. -
Inventory Management:
Assist in inventory audits and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded. -
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all store operations comply with legal, safety, and company standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
Leadership experience in a retail or luxury environment, ideally with a strong understanding of customer-centric service. -
Skills:
Proven team management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large team. -
Languages:
Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus. -
Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to achieving excellence in customer service.
