Job Summary:

We are seeking a Store Manager for MaxMara in Dubai to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and lead a dynamic team while ensuring the store operates at the highest standards. This role is ideal for a retail professional with a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales:

• Lead by example, representing MaxMara’s brand values and customer-first approach.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.

• Leverage online and offline sales channels to maximize store performance.

• Monitor market trends, conduct SWOT analysis, and provide insights to improve business.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Create a positive and motivating work environment to foster team collaboration.

• Implement performance improvement plans and ensure continuous professional growth.

Customer Experience & Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal customers.

• Promote an omnichannel shopping experience using digital tools and customer insights.

• Actively network to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure all operational policies and procedures are adhered to, including stock management and visual merchandising.

• Optimize store efficiency by analyzing foot traffic and managing peak hours effectively.

• Utilize digital tools such as Clienteling apps, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement.

• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and HR regulations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role within Luxury Fashion Retail.

• Market Knowledge: Experience working in the UAE, Kuwait, or Qatar is preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and sales-driven mindset.
