About the Job:
As a Store Manager, you will drive business growth, lead a high-performing team, cultivate client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will manage all store operations in alignment with the brand’s luxury standards, while promoting omnichannel initiatives and nurturing a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and represent the brand’s values and philosophy in all activities.

  • Define, execute, and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Build and maintain strong VIP client relationships, leveraging omnichannel platforms.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain talented team members, creating a positive and trustful work environment.

  • Act as a coach, promoting learning, development, and professional growth.

  • Implement and monitor operational excellence through compliance with SOPs, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Leverage technology tools (Clienteling apps, OMS, WhatsApp Business) to enhance customer experience.

  • Prepare and process e-commerce orders within the set service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR guidelines, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail environment, ideally luxury retail, in the Middle East.

  • Strong sales acumen and customer service focus, especially with VIP clientele.

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong team management, coaching, and people development skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize and train teams on omnichannel tools.

  • Passion for luxury brands, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
