Chalhoub Group, a leading partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seventy years, is seeking a Store Manager for its Axel Arigato boutique in Dubai. Axel Arigato, a Swedish brand blending minimal Scandinavian design with contemporary cultural influences, continues to grow across the globe and thrives on fostering creativity and human connection.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store’s business by achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, managing and developing the store team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in creating exceptional omnichannel customer experiences and contributing to the overall growth of the Axel Arigato brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Lead by example to embody brand values; develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs; manage and leverage customer databases; stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Team Leadership: Provide clear business vision; recruit, develop, and retain talent; foster a positive work environment based on trust and fairness; act as a coach and support continuous professional development.

Customer Experience: Promote an omnichannel approach, ensuring seamless physical and digital customer journeys; use clienteling techniques to recruit and retain VIP customers.

Operational Excellence: Ensure full compliance with sales and operational policies; manage e-commerce orders and in-store technology tools; oversee stock, display organization, floor coverage, and safety and HR standards.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast-paced environment within the UAE.

Experience with high-end retail brands is highly desirable.

Passion for fashion and familiarity with Axel Arigato’s brand ethos is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and social with excellent communication skills.
