AMS International UAE is hiring a Store Manager (Duty Manager) to oversee the day-to-day operations of airport retail stores, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales management, and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Sales & Profitability:
✔ Achieve and exceed sales targets & profitability goals.
✔ Implement product and sales strategies effectively.
✔ Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and transaction values.

📌 Customer Experience:
✔ Deliver a WOW shopping experience to customers.
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

📌 Team Development:
✔ Foster an ownership mindset within the team.
✔ Provide training and development opportunities.
✔ Maintain succession planning for leadership continuity.

📌 Operational Excellence:
✔ Enforce compliance with store SOPs, including:
🔹 Cost control & inventory management.
🔹 Roster & manpower planning.
🔹 Visual merchandising standards.
🔹 POS & cash collection accuracy.
✔ Ensure audit compliance and timely banking reconciliation.

📌 Innovation & Productivity:
✔ Drive innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
✔ Motivate the team to improve productivity & sales performance.

📌 Promotion Implementation & Analysis:
✔ Execute promotional activities and ensure proper branding.
✔ Analyze sales trends & customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education & Experience:
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management.
✔ Strong sales and team leadership experience in an airport retail or high-traffic environment.

Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills.
✔ Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management & sales analysis.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
