Job Summary:
Xiaomi Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join its retail team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires an energetic and customer-focused professional who can lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards in customer service and merchandise management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  Deliver high-quality service and support to customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate Xiaomi products and services. Maintain positive customer relations and manage after-sales inquiries efficiently.

• Sales Achievement:
  Meet daily customer engagement and sales targets as outlined by the company. Actively participate in promoting sales campaigns and initiatives.

• Operational Execution:
  Execute daily store operations including product display, stock replenishment, cashier responsibilities, store cleanliness, and adherence to shift schedules in line with Xiaomi’s operational standards.

• Merchandise Management:
  Handle merchandise inspection, stock display organization, quality control, and service quality management to ensure optimal store presentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: College degree or above.

• Experience: 1–3 years or more in the digital products or consumer electronics industry.

• Strong enthusiasm for electronics and ability to quickly grasp new product features and functions.

• Passionate about sales and customer service, with a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and eagerness to learn.

• Language: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
