Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our luxury retail stores in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team, while ensuring full alignment with brand standards and Chalhoub Group values.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership

Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand’s values and philosophy in all interactions

Define, execute, and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Drive client acquisition, retention, and VIP development through structured clienteling strategies

Maintain and leverage the customer database to generate future sales opportunities

Stay informed on market trends, products, and competitors, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders

Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and review outcomes with the team and line management

Embrace an omnichannel mindset, leveraging online and offline sales touchpoints
Team Leadership & Development

Provide clear direction and vision aligned with store and business objectives

Recruit, develop, and retain top talent

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture built on trust and respect

Coach and mentor team members, promoting a growth mindset and continuous learning

Support performance management processes, including development plans and improvement actions

Act as a voice for the team, escalating feedback and concerns to leadership and HR when required
Customer Experience

Champion a seamless omnichannel customer journey across physical and digital platforms

Lead by example in clienteling, with a strong focus on VIP customers

Use customer insights and data to anticipate needs and personalise the shopping experience

Recruit new clients and nurture long-term loyalty through exceptional service and engagement
Operational Excellence

Ensure all sales and operational SOPs are followed consistently

Oversee e-commerce order fulfilment, ensuring SLAs for time and quality are met

Leverage available technology tools (clienteling apps, OMS, WhatsApp Business, etc.) to enhance customer experience

Ensure VM standards, stock replenishment, and store presentation meet brand guidelines

Optimise floor coverage through traffic analysis and peak-hour planning

Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, security, HR, and retail operations standards

Proactively identify and escalate operational risks or issues
Candidate Profile
-
Proven leadership experience in fashion or luxury retail, ready to step into or already operating at Store Manager level

Strong people leadership skills with a coaching and development mindset

Commercially astute, confident in analysing KPIs and driving business performance
-
Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering elevated client experiences
-
Hands-on leader, comfortable being present on the shop floor
-
Based in the UAE or with the ability to work in Dubai
