Your Role as a Store Manager:
As a Luxury Store Manager, you will lead the store’s commercial performance and customer experience strategy. You’ll inspire and guide your team, build lasting relationships with VIP clients, and ensure operational excellence, all while representing the values of our world-class luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in all customer and team interactions.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while promoting a collaborative and respectful work culture.

  • Communicate a clear business vision and oversee performance, coaching team members for success and growth.

  • Promote internal learning platforms and ensure team development plans are in place.

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Develop and execute store strategies to achieve sales goals and KPIs.

  • Build and nurture a loyal VIP client base through exceptional clienteling and personalized service.

  • Integrate omnichannel tools to deliver a seamless customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Analyze customer behavior using data insights to drive conversion and retention.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure visual merchandising and stock displays align with brand standards.

  • Manage inventory, e-commerce fulfillment, and compliance with operational, safety, and HR protocols.

  • Leverage tools such as clienteling apps, order management systems, and digital communication platforms.

  • Optimize team scheduling using traffic data for peak hours to ensure consistent floor coverage.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail (fashion or beauty)

  • Proven leadership skills managing teams of 5+ employees

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets

  • Experience in merchandising, inventory control, and omnichannel retail operations

  • Passion for luxury and customer-centric service
