Job Title: Store Keeper
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure smooth store operations, and support order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in stock handling, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and log all incoming inventory accurately.

Maintain updated and precise stock records at all times.

Perform routine stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Oversee stock rotation and product placement according to standards.
Store Operations:

Keep the store area clean, well-organized, and free from safety hazards.

Optimize space usage through smart layout planning.

Enforce store security measures to prevent loss or damage.
Order Fulfillment:

Prepare and dispatch customer orders promptly and accurately.

Work with procurement to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Respond to customer queries and provide a high standard of service.
Record Keeping:

Document all inventory movements including receipts, dispatches, and returns.

Generate periodic reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service for operational efficiency.

Train and assist junior staff on stock procedures and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar inventory-based role.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Physically capable of handling stock and lifting heavy items when needed.
