About the Role

As a Stockroom Associate within our Retail Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales floor by maintaining efficient stockroom operations, managing inventory, and facilitating smooth logistics. You will ensure timely restocking, handle product shipments, and contribute to the seamless functioning of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise to the sales floor.

• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low-stock items to store management.

• Coordinate product transfers between the local warehouse and regional distribution centers.

• Ensure the stockroom is well-organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure products are readily available for customers.

• Support visual merchandising and stock display preparation when needed.

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reporting.

• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of all merchandise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stockroom or logistics role, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise and stock deliveries.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Comfortable using inventory systems and stock management software.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic retail environment.
