Emirates Rebar is seeking an experienced Steel Rebar Factory Manager & Senior Detailer to lead its manufacturing operations in Jebel Ali. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in rebar detailing and factory management. You’ll oversee daily production, ensure quality and safety compliance, and contribute technical expertise in preparing shop drawings and bar bending schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the rebar manufacturing facility
• Develop production schedules and optimize workflow efficiency
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
• Oversee inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Lead, train, and mentor factory staff
• Track performance metrics and report to senior management
• Prepare accurate shop drawings and rebar schedules
• Interpret construction drawings and resolve detailing discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, and other industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in rebar detailing, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or RebarCAD
• Strong knowledge of rebar specifications and construction codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
