Keolis Group, a global leader in public transport operations and mobility services, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Station Master (UAE National) to oversee and manage daily station operations across the UAE. This full-time, on-site role involves leading a team of station personnel to ensure a safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation experience for all passengers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while maintaining world-class service standards in a high-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Station Agents, Customer Service Agents, Passenger Ambassadors, and Car Park staff.

Act as the shift “landlord” of the station, ensuring smooth and safe operations at all times.

Maintain station facilities in proper working condition and report equipment faults promptly.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

Deliver clear and accurate public announcements and station information.
-
Oversee station safety procedures and manage emergency evacuations when required.

Monitor passenger movement, manage crowd control, and ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Supervise ticket sales, respond to passenger inquiries, and assist customers with special needs.

Handle lost property, distribute promotional materials, and provide travel information.

Manage cash collection and reconciliation procedures when necessary.

Maintain detailed station logs and prepare incident or accident reports.

Conduct performance reviews for station and customer service staff.

Support operational teams during shifts and emergencies as required.

Familiarity with work instructions, operational safety, and emergency procedures.
Experience:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience supervising front-line staff in a metro station or equivalent customer service environment.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant discipline preferred.
