Startup Scout (Remote Commission + Base Pay)

Multiplyers is a global fundraising partner helping Seed to Series A startups raise capital across the GCC and beyond. The company connects founders with a curated network of family offices, VCs, and institutional investors, driving capital, credibility, and growth. Multiplyers specializes in structuring roadshows, building tailored pitch strategies, and facilitating introductions between high-potential startup founders and strategic investors.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, remote role for a Startup Scout at Multiplyers. The scout will be responsible for:

  • Conducting cold outreach to Seed and Series A startups raising $2.5M–$10M
  • Identifying and engaging founders aligned with Multiplyers’ criteria and network
  • Using outreach automation tools (Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Phantombuster, RocketReach)
  • Attending online and offline events (conferences, webinars, demo days) for scouting
  • Maintaining and updating records daily in Pipedrive
  • Providing regular reports on outreach activities and startup progress
  • Collaborating with the broader team on sourcing mandates for startups and emerging funds

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Minimum 3 startup deals closed per month
  • To qualify for full-time employment and relocation to Dubai, Scout must close at least 7 deals in 3 months (70% KPI average)

Compensation & Commission:

  • AED 15,000–20,000/month fixed during a 3-month probation
  • 10% commission on every closed client deal
  • Payments made on the 10th and 25th of each month

Tools & Support Provided:

  • CRM: Pipedrive
  • Outreach: Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Phantombuster, RocketReach, Crunchbase
  • Additional tools can be approved to support performance

Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech scouting, startup ecosystems, or B2B sales
  • Familiarity with venture capital and startup fundraising dynamics
  • Strong research, automation, and outreach execution skills
  • Self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and closing deals
  • Clear communicator with a bias toward action
