Appcend is a Dubai-based venture and development studio with a footprint in the US and Southern Europe. We collaborate with entrepreneurial minds to co-build scalable startups in high-growth industries. This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, not a salaried position.

Whether you’re a repeat founder, early-stage operator, or investor tired of advising from the sidelines — this is your chance to lead your own venture with deep support across product, design, development, strategy, and capital networks.

Your Role as Co-Founder:

• Take full ownership of a startup concept (yours or ours)

• Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap

• Lead fundraising, GTM, and partnership development

• Work with Appcend’s internal studio teams for tech, design, and marketing

• Build and manage the founding team and early operations

• Be the face of the company to investors, stakeholders, and media

• Continuously solve problems, test hypotheses, and move fast with clarity

Who We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in startups, investing, product, or strategy roles

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset and “get it done” attitude

• Fluent in English and exceptional at pitching and storytelling

• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and scale ventures from 0 to 1

• Fully committed to a 3–5 year journey as founder/CEO

You’re a Great Fit If:

• You’ve previously built or scaled a startup

• You’re a problem-solver with deep ownership mentality

• You want to co-create, not just join, a business

• You’re ready to commit full-time and lead from the front

Bonus Points For:

• A startup idea, prototype, or MVP you’re eager to build

• Fundraising experience or a previous exit

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, healthtech, or AI

• A strong personal network or audience in your niche
