Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced entrepreneurs to join us as Co-Founders in our venture and development studios. This role is a unique partnership opportunity—not a traditional paid job or employer-employee relationship. As a co-founder, you will lead your startup’s journey with full support from Appcend’s expert team, including product, technology, legal, finance, business development, fundraising, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute commercial, product, and growth strategies.

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team.

• Oversee daily operations and business activities to achieve strategic objectives.

• Analyze challenges and implement solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

• Review financial and operational performance and recommend improvements.

• Maintain deep knowledge of your market and industry.

• Build and maintain trust with key partners and stakeholders.

• Present vision, progress, and results to shareholders and potential investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years experience in private company investing, preferably as an advisor or investor in PE funds (small, mid, large cap, growth, distressed, restructuring).

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills in English.

• Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills in resource-constrained environments.

• Strong commitment to your entrepreneurial venture for at least 7 years.

• Bonus: Track record of successfully taking projects from 0 to 1 with hands-on involvement.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
