Parsons Corporation, a global leader in engineering and infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Stakeholder Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders, managing relationships, and ensuring effective communication across all project phases to facilitate the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage coordination and integration of relevant stakeholders and authorities to meet project objectives.

  • Support planning and goal definition while ensuring compliance with client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.

  • Prepare reports, manuals, and guideline documents related to handover and stakeholder issues.

  • Liaise with design consultants and contractors, reviewing technical designs and providing feedback.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders and authorities to facilitate a smooth handover of assets upon project completion.

  • Provide stakeholder-related inputs for weekly/monthly reports.

  • Ensure timely review and approval of all documents submitted by consultants and contractors.

  • Identify and address potential project delays and assist in resolving stakeholder-related concerns.

  • Participate in site safety training and adhere to all safety protocols.

  • Assist in preparing, negotiating, and finalizing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with different stakeholders.

  • Monitor project delivery timelines in coordination with utility agencies and service providers.

  • Attend and contribute to design, construction, stakeholder, and authority meetings to review project status and define action plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and database software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Prior experience working in Abu Dhabi is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience acting as a company representative with clients, authorities, and stakeholders during project execution.

  • Ability to develop and manage stakeholder management plans and project execution strategies.

  • Strong negotiation skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders.
