Job Description:
Guildhall is hiring a dedicated Stakeholder Manager to oversee regulatory coordination and approvals for a major Food Hub Project and Infrastructure Development in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Abu Dhabi Ports, KEZAD processes, and securing permits, NOCs, and compliance approvals essential for project success.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between project teams and government authorities, including KEZAD and Abu Dhabi Ports.

Lead the application and acquisition process for permits, NOCs, and other regulatory requirements.

Prepare, track, and manage all regulatory submissions to ensure timely approvals.

Maintain full compliance with KEZAD procedures and Abu Dhabi’s regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to gather documentation and support permit processes.

Provide regular updates and resolve potential bottlenecks or delays in approval workflows.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of stakeholder management experience within the UAE infrastructure or construction sectors.

Deep understanding of KEZAD and Abu Dhabi Ports regulatory processes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
PMP certification is highly desirable.
