AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Stakeholder Manager for a high-profile rail project in Dubai. This on-site, full-time role is focused on identifying and managing stakeholder relationships throughout the Design & Build (D&B) phase. The successful candidate will engage key entities like government bodies, local authorities, and interest groups, ensuring their input is addressed and aligned with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement stakeholder management plans for the rail project

Engage regularly with government bodies, local authorities, environmental agencies, and local groups
-
Identify, assess, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and highlight opportunities
-
Provide regular stakeholder updates to internal teams and clients
-
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and corporate standards
-
Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to resolve concerns and ensure progress
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Professional certifications in stakeholder management are a plus
-
10+ years of stakeholder management experience, preferably in infrastructure or construction sectors
-
Strong public relations, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Previous experience on transportation or rail projects with multiple contractors is an advantage
-
Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
-
High attention to detail and ability to work across departments
