Safran Aerosystems Services Middle East is hiring a Staff Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of aviation-related programs and services from their Abu Dhabi base. This full-time, on-site role demands a strategic leader who can oversee multiple complex programs, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate across departments for on-time, high-quality project delivery. The position is instrumental in driving innovation and performance within the organization’s customer management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle including design, installation, development, and delivery.

• Prepare and analyze data for progress tracking and financial insights.

• Recommend project priorities and generate accurate schedules.

• Manage daily program operations, identify risks and opportunities proactively.

• Act as the company representative in client meetings and communicate project updates to leadership.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Safran’s IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) products and services effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex aerospace programs.

• Proven leadership in senior program management roles with strategic input capabilities.

• Strong track record in delivering products and services in the aviation industry.

• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational, proactive, and leadership qualities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
