Safran Aerosystems Services Middle East is hiring a Staff Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of aviation-related programs and services from their Abu Dhabi base. This full-time, on-site role demands a strategic leader who can oversee multiple complex programs, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate across departments for on-time, high-quality project delivery. The position is instrumental in driving innovation and performance within the organization’s customer management operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle including design, installation, development, and delivery.

Prepare and analyze data for progress tracking and financial insights.

Recommend project priorities and generate accurate schedules.

Manage daily program operations, identify risks and opportunities proactively.

Act as the company representative in client meetings and communicate project updates to leadership.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Safran’s IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) products and services effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

10+ years of experience in program or project management roles.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex aerospace programs.

Proven leadership in senior program management roles with strategic input capabilities.

Strong track record in delivering products and services in the aviation industry.

Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
