David’s Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role requires someone with experience in retail pharmacies, a valid MOH license, and their own visa. The pharmacist will oversee pharmacy operations, help customers, maintain stock, and ensure the accuracy of dispensed medications. This position may require working rotating night shifts during Ramadan and occasional heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure medications are stored correctly with proper expiration dates.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide patient counseling, and assist with dispensing medications.

• Support the Pharmacy Manager and execute company plans and directions.

• Perform pharmacy dispensing duties and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

• Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Occasionally engage in heavy lifting as needed.

• Rotate night shifts (until 2 or 4 AM during Ramadan).

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.

  • Valid Pharmacist license in Sharjah.

  • Must have a valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license.

  • Must have own visa (not provided by the employer).

  • Valid Driver’s License.

• Experience:

  • Previous experience working in retail pharmacies.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical software systems.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Flexible and adaptable, especially during rotating night shifts.
