Sharaf DG Energy is hiring a Sr. Team Leader – Telecom SMB Hunting Business to lead a team of sales professionals in acquiring new Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, offering a dynamic work environment with competitive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Executives & Sales Executives to acquire new SMB customers for telecom services.
🔹 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
🔹 Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
🔹 Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
🔹 Provide coaching, set performance targets, and ensure team effectiveness.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competition, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
🔹 Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and optimize business processes.
🔹 Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
✔ Strong expertise in B2B sales, telecom products, and SMB customer acquisition.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
✔ Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
