Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Caiz’s social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

• Create compelling content aligned with crypto trends, tech culture, and audience engagement.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies in alignment with marketing goals.

• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Organize and host live sessions such as AMAs and events.

• Strategize content distribution for product launches and research reports.

• Engage actively with the online community, answering queries and maintaining a strong brand voice.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure unified messaging across all platforms.

• Identify and leverage new social media channels for expansion and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the crypto/fintech space.

• Proven record of growing and engaging online communities in Web3 or Layer 1/2 environments.

• Strong writing and communication skills with fluency in English.

• Proficient with tools like Hootsuite and social analytics platforms.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto trends.

• Creative thinker with content creation and campaign ideation skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• A self-motivated team player with an independent mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO, analytics, and editing tools.

• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, smart contracts, and blockchain-based products.

• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) trends and communities.
