PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead and drive product strategy and development across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to work with a global leader in fintech and digital payments.

In this strategic role, you will translate customer needs into innovative mobile-first product solutions, collaborate cross-functionally to align product roadmaps, and lead initiatives that impact PayPal’s user experience and business outcomes in MEA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision, strategy, and execution across key markets in the MEA region.

• Drive user research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Finance, Program Management, and other key stakeholders.

• Define and analyze key performance metrics and lead A/B testing and usability studies.

• Champion a mobile-first, customer-centric approach to product development.

• Act as the go-to expert for your domain, balancing innovation, compliance, and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10–12 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or banking.

• Proven success delivering large-scale, customer-facing digital products.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• High empathy for customers and a strong understanding of user experience.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
