Lead and scale pricing strategies across 8 regional markets in the food delivery vertical. The role focuses on value-based pricing, profitability, and market responsiveness, while managing a team of analysts and collaborating with senior stakeholders to align pricing with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop pricing models based on customer willingness to pay, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Lead a regional team of senior pricing analysts; oversee pricing frameworks and performance tracking.

Monitor market dynamics (consumer behavior, competitors, regulations, economic trends).

Run and analyze A/B tests to evaluate pricing strategies and refine models.

Forecast and track pricing performance against financial targets.

Collaborate with Managing Directors and senior leadership to align pricing with broader goals.
Requirements
-
6+ years in pricing, consulting, or strategy roles, ideally in tech or multi-market businesses.

Proven experience developing and executing pricing strategies at a regional or global level.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus.
