About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Spray Painting Foreman to join our team in Dubai and Sharjah. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate spray painting activities for steel structures, ensuring high-quality coatings, safety compliance, and timely project completion. You will lead a team of painters and ensure that all work meets client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of spray painters in applying protective coatings to steel structures.

• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.

• Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

• Oversee surface preparation, paint mixing, and application techniques.

• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of spray painting equipment and tools.

• Train and guide painters on safety procedures, equipment handling, and quality control.

• Maintain an inventory of paint, coatings, and materials required for the job.

• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and ventilation control.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to align painting tasks with project schedules.

• Document work progress, material usage, and report any issues to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Spray Painting Foreman or Senior Painter in steel construction.

• In-depth knowledge of spray painting techniques, coating materials, and surface preparation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Familiarity with industry standards for protective coatings (e.g., SSPC, NACE).

• Hands-on experience with airless spray guns, HVLP systems, and other painting equipment.

• Physical ability to work in challenging environments (e.g., heights, confined spaces).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Certification in industrial painting or coatings (preferred).
