LA Vita Landscaping & Pools is seeking an experienced Spray Painter specializing in high-end residential villa projects. The role involves surface preparation and spray painting for outdoor features such as metal and wooden structures, gates, fences, pergolas, and garden furniture. The ideal candidate should deliver high-quality finishes that maintain the luxury aesthetic of landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces (sanding, cleaning, priming) for spray painting.
• Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and protective coatings using spray guns.
• Ensure smooth, uniform finishes on furniture and landscaping elements.
• Select materials and colors according to project design specifications.
• Perform minor repairs and rust removal before painting.
• Maintain spray-painting equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Work closely with landscape designers, carpenters, and project managers.
• Ensure weather-appropriate painting procedures for long-lasting durability.
• Conduct touch-ups and corrective work after installation or weather exposure.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in outdoor/landscaping projects.
• Strong understanding of paint types, primers, and finishes for outdoor materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to work comfortably in various outdoor conditions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spray painting.
