They are looking for a full-time, on-site Speech Therapy Assistant based in Dubai. The role involves assisting speech therapists in delivering speech therapy, communication support, and education, especially working with children. The assistant will work collaboratively within the healthcare team to provide compassionate and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist speech therapists in providing speech therapy and communication support.

• Support educational and therapeutic activities, particularly with children.

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

• Provide compassionate support tailored to individual patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy or a related field.

• Strong speech therapy and communication skills.

• Experience in education and working with children.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
