Micah Group, in partnership with a leading pediatric center in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join their expert team. This role is more than a profession—it is a mission to support children’s developmental milestones and empower their voices. The Speech Therapist will work closely with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a nurturing, family-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions while tracking measurable progress.

• Educate and guide families/caregivers on at-home strategies to support therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic pediatric care.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field.

• Licensed Speech Therapist with DOH license or eligibility.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric speech therapy (preferred).

• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Strong passion for child development and excellence in patient care.
