Job Title: Speech Therapist 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Therapist to become part of our growing healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a range of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders—in both clinical and home care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ speech, language, and communication abilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs

• Deliver therapy sessions for children and adults with speech or communication difficulties

• Collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, and fellow therapists to ensure integrated care

• Guide and train family members on how to support therapy goals at home

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

• Valid license or certification from a recognized healthcare authority

• Proven experience with clinical and/or home care patients, particularly children or adults

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and highly detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with individuals affected by developmental delays, neurological conditions, or post-stroke communication issues

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable (especially Arabic and English)
