Sulukeyat is a center specializing in supporting individuals with learning difficulties and special needs in Dubai. They focus on evidence-based practices to accelerate learning through naturalistic teaching. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct therapy sessions to address speech, dysphagia, communication, and language disorders, providing tailored interventions to enhance communication skills and quality of life for individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech therapy sessions for individuals with speech, dysphagia, communication, and language disorders.

• Provide tailored support and interventions to enhance communication skills.

• Collaborate with other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Educate families and caregivers about therapy techniques and strategies.

• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and consultations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Speech Therapy and Speech Skills: Strong understanding and application of speech therapy techniques.

• Experience: Experience in working with dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders.

• Special Needs Experience: Experience in working with individuals with special needs is a plus.

• Fluency in Multiple Languages: Beneficial for working with a diverse clientele.

• License: DHA UAE license is required.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams.

• Evidence-Based Practices: Knowledge of and experience in implementing evidence-based speech therapy practices.
