Singhania Clinic & Therapy Centre, located in JLT, Dubai, has been a trusted healthcare provider since 1996. Founded by Dr. Rajeshree Singhania, our clinic offers comprehensive developmental and psychoeducational evaluations and treatment for autism, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, general pediatrics, and vaccinations. We are currently looking for a licensed Speech Therapist, ideally trained as an Applied Behaviour Analyst Technician (RBT/ABAT), to provide speech therapy and ABA services to children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Communication Skills: Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing using standardized tools and observation.

• Design Therapy Plans: Develop clear, measurable therapy goals tailored to each child’s needs.

• Deliver Engaging Therapy: Conduct one-on-one or group sessions with interactive methods to improve communication.

• Coordinate Care: Work alongside doctors, psychologists, teachers, and families to provide holistic support.

• Work with Children: Serve children with autism, ADHD, cleft palate, hearing loss, and developmental delays.

• Coach Parents and Educators: Provide training to caregivers and teachers on strategies to support communication outside of sessions.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Speech Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis principles and procedures.

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written in English.

• Passion for working with children with disabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• DHA eligibility letter or license as a Speech and Language Therapist.

• RBT or ABAT certification preferred with at least 2 years of pediatric experience.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for working with children with developmental challenges.

• A UAE driving license is a plus.

• Candidates on dependent/family-based visas are preferred.

Pay:
Basic AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month.
