Osraty for Physio and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join their team in Dubai. The therapist will work with children and individuals with developmental delays and disabilities, providing tailored therapy plans to support communication, language, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client needs.

• Deliver one-on-one or group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals.

• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation.

• Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.

• DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

Working Hours:

• 6 days a week, 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break).

Compensation:

• AED 13,000 – 18,000 per month
