A reputed construction and engineering solutions provider is seeking a Specification Engineer to join their Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building strong relationships with consultants, architects, and contractors, with the objective of increasing market presence by specifying the organization’s products in project proposals.

The Specification Engineer will play a key role in identifying new construction leads, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, and ensuring the integration of company products and solutions in project specifications. This position requires a professional with strong technical knowledge in building materials and the ability to influence project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with consultants, architects, and main contractors.

• Analyze and pursue qualified construction leads, presenting and promoting the company’s solutions to industry professionals.

• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to specify products into proposals and increase project acquisition.

• Provide technical support to clients, including installation procedures and engineering guidance.

• Deliver product training and create technical documentation for internal teams, including manuals, guides, and data sheets.

• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise by attending workshops, reviewing literature, networking, and participating in industry associations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in specification of building materials.

• Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.

• A proactive, client-focused professional with a deep understanding of engineering standards and construction industry best practices.
