Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Specialty Coffee & Roastery Operations Manager to lead our coffee roasting program and drive innovation in coffee quality, sourcing, and team development. This role requires deep expertise in coffee roasting, equipment maintenance, and supplier relations, along with strong leadership and training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize all roasting operations, developing roast profiles that highlight the unique attributes of each coffee origin.

• Ensure regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of roasting equipment for consistent quality and safety.

• Design and execute training programs for baristas to ensure consistency and excellence across all café outlets.

• Source premium green coffee beans, build strong supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.

• Oversee inventory management, quality control, cupping sessions, and flavor profiling for product innovation and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in coffee roasting, with strong command of multiple roast profiles and flavor development.

• Proven track record in sourcing green beans and managing coffee inventory with a focus on origin, processing, and quality control.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and manage teams in a high-performance environment.

• Proficient in roasting software and inventory management systems.

Preferred Candidate:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Residing in the United Arab Emirates

• Age: 0–45 years
