Specialist Sales Executive – Wooden Pallets / Cable Drums / Boxes

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Specialist Sales Executive with proven experience in wooden pallets, cable drums, and boxes sales. The ideal candidate will drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. This role offers a base salary plus commission, annual bonus, and benefits such as a company car (for business use), phone, and laptop.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales volume by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the wooden pallet and packaging solutions industry.

  • Work directly with large national/regional clients and local businesses to customize and sell wooden pallets, drums, and boxes.

  • Conduct quotations, close deals independently, and maintain customer satisfaction through consistent communication.

  • Collaborate with management to tailor solutions that address customer needs effectively.

  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement proactive strategies.

  • Participate in seasonal product sales such as colored mulch for landscaping by leveraging client relationships and sales tools.

  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and regularly report on account status.


Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

Experience & Skills:

  • 6–10 years of UAE-based B2B sales experience (preferably in wood, manufacturing, packaging, or logistics).

  • Proven track record in sales and account management.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Professional oral and written communication skills.

  • Customer-focused with a resilient and proactive approach to sales challenges.

  • Able to work under pressure and independently manage responsibilities.

Technical & Business Abilities:

  • Experience with corporate sales tools, bid preparation, and market analysis.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Effective time management and decision-making capabilities.


Nationality:

Open to Arab, GCC nationals, Indians, and Pakistanis
