Retrieve Mind Poly Clinic, a premier mental health and wellness facility launching in Dubai in June 2025, is seeking a full-time Specialist Psychiatrist. Founded by internationally renowned psychiatrist Dr. Aju Abraham, the clinic offers a holistic approach to psychiatric care aligned with DHA and NABIDH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with a range of mental health disorders.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide psychotherapy and monitor patient progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

• Focus on adolescent and adult psychiatric care.

• Participate in team meetings to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry.

• Experience in psychiatric care and mental health.

• Specialized knowledge in adolescent and general psychiatry.

• Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Valid licensure and board certification in psychiatry.

• DHA Eligibility Certificate is mandatory.

• Clinical experience is a plus.

• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
