Job Description:
RTA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist – Organizational Structures & Corporate Documents for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is vital for supporting the department’s initiatives related to organizational structure, corporate documents, and operational planning. The candidate will be responsible for conducting structural studies, managing internal processes, and contributing to organizational development and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop work systems for organizational structures, including drafting policies and procedures based on RTA’s Automation System.

  • Support the automation of organizational structure activities and decision-making processes.

  • Regularly update institutional documents in alignment with organizational changes.

  • Analyze and evaluate the organizational structure and internal processes, providing detailed reports and insights.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with departments to assess and review proposed changes in structure, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on organizational developments and departmental performance.

  • Design and lead awareness programs on organizational structure principles.

  • Conduct training sessions on specialized technical systems related to structure studies.

  • Monitor departmental performance against operational plans and follow up on correspondence and directives.

  • Track and report progress on internal and quality audit findings and development initiatives.

  • Provide necessary information and support to all RTA organizational units.

  • Undertake any other tasks assigned in alignment with departmental goals.

Technical Competencies:

  • Expertise in preparing executive reports.

  • Proficiency in policy analysis and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational structure analysis, policy development, or corporate documentation.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive reports and delivering presentations.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
