Chalhoub Group is seeking a Specialist – LEAN Transformation to join their team in Dubai. The role will focus on operational improvements, utilizing LEAN methodologies and tools to optimize processes within the Group’s portfolio. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for LEAN initiatives and improvements

• Align improvement projects with brand goals and operational strategies

• Perform data analyses and create value stream maps (VSMs) to identify inefficiencies

• Develop performance dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Conduct workshops and gap analysis sessions with operational teams

• Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on optimized processes

• Monitor KPIs such as lead time, costs, and product availability

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth project execution

• Provide mentorship to Associates and help them develop technical and analytical skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or logistics

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or process improvement

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel)

• Strong knowledge of value stream mapping and process optimization tools

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• LEAN or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus

• Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
