Role Overview:
CCAD is seeking a Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join its Integrated Hospital Care Institute. Under the supervision of a Consultant physician, the Specialist will diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses, provide emergency medical care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor and treat patients in the Emergency Medicine specialty.

Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and specialized medical care.

Analyze medical records, test results, and patient histories to diagnose conditions.

Perform treatments, procedures, and surgical interventions as appropriate.

Liaise with medical and non-medical staff to ensure quality care delivery.

Participate in hospital committees, task forces, and performance improvement initiatives.

Provide on-call coverage as required, following ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Experience Requirements:
-
Tier 1/2 countries: Board-certified with no additional experience required.

Tier 3 countries: Minimum 3 years post-specialty experience in an internationally accredited institution.

UAE nationals: Minimum 1 year post-specialty experience.

Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Medicine practice.

Exceptional patient service and collaboration skills.
-
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
Education Requirements:

MD, MBBS, MBChB, or DO from accredited institutions.

Completion of recognized specialty qualification per Healthcare Professionals Qualification Requirements 2024.
